1961 Cub Cadet / IH Original

This tractor was given to me by the owner of the IH dealership I once worked at. It was the first Cub Cadet sold from that dealership in 1961. He had bought it back from the original owner with the idea of fixing it up but he never got around to it. He gave me the tractor to restore and he just wanted to see it when it was done. It needed a head gasket, hood, hood ornament, grill and IH emblem along with cleaning and paint. The engine runs just as well as when it was new. Total cost of parts and paint to restore was right around $300.00
