1986 Wheel Horse 312

This unit sat outside for approximately 7 years. When it arrived, the steering was stuck, the engine appeared to be stuck, the clutch and brake pedals were stuck, The battery was beyond dead, and the PTO clutch assembly was lying on the seat! On the upside, The rear tires were brand new (still had the little nubs on them) and the seat was immaculate aside from some oxidation!
