  1. Farm King 990A and Box Blade

    Just bought a new 48" Land Pride BB1248 box blade for my Farm King/MTD 990A. Weighs in at 316lbs and I had to buy cat 1->0 hitch pins from Agri Supply to use it. The tractor lifts it with no problem. I just rebuilt the hyd cylinder, so that probably helps. I don't think I would go any heavier. If

    My Farm King/MTD 990A with new Land Pride BB1248 box blade. Had to buy 2 Cat 1 to Cat 0 hitch pins from Agri Supply to be able to use it. Weighs in at 316lbs and the rebuilt lift cylinder has no trouble hoisting this box blade.

    Hi all, my next project is to build a box blade to use with the PK and I'm wonder how big I can go, I have a 60" blade from a IH Cub, its a heavy duty blade thinking the end plates would be 12" H and 16" L Thinking that 60" might be to much for the PK to handle my first thought was to cut it...
