I had do some work on my snow blower belt tensioner. Here's what I did... The narrow tab on the right was bent out a lot. I forgot to take a picture of it before I bent it back. I decided to add some metal to strength it. Clears without any problems. I installed the blower back on my Cub...

Got about 10 inches of snow over the last 30 hrs. Started up the Cub 1811 with a 36" snow blower. Worked good until the belt came off. It must have been loose. I put it back in the shop and I will take a look at it latter. We are suppose to get more snow Sunday night into Monday afternoon...

I have a 42" Snapper snow blower for sale. I used it in Reno, opened up the throat a bit when the Sierra cement didn't seem to want to feed out of it. It's been in Tucson since we moved in '17, so is in good working order. Has all the mounting and shoot angle adjusting gear. $150 OBO.

It's been over 48 hrs of snow in this part of Washington and it's still suppose to snow till noon and several days this week. Very unusual for the desert part of Washington. The worst part is our city doesn't have many snow plows because why spend money on something that could sit for years...

I have a pair of GT chains that I used last year on my 1811, but they are really to small for the 23x10.5x12 tires. My father-in-law gave me a set that he never used for his truck. I decided to see if I could make them fit my Cub. I had a second set of tires laying around so I used them to...

I broke a belt on my snow blower today. It was a Goodyear belt and I'm not a big fan of Goodyear products. I went to the local parts store and got a Gates brand belt. It was Green and a 1/2" longer then the one that broke but it seemed to fit very well. I installed it and used a Teflon...

We got another 8" of snow in Eastern Washington State. That puts us at about 20" so far this season. This is way above our average. We're suppose to get a little more tonight and some more later in the week. I did get some seat time in the cub 1811 w/snow blower. The snow is nice and...

It snowed another 6" inches of snow on New Years day. This is the third time this winter that we've had 6" of snow in Eastern Washington. This is not very normal for us. The other unusual thing is we don't have a warm wind (called a Chinook Wind) following the storm to melt it all away...

I Had some time this afternoon so I decided that I would get my snow blower attached to the 1811. I've never had a snow blower on a tractor before so this was my first time. The first thing that I had to do was get the rear tires filled with ballast. When I removed the concrete style wheel...

I know I will get lots of different opinions but I have to ask. I have a cub cadet 1811 that has a 42" snow blower. It currently has Goodyear Soft trac turf tires with wheel weights. I've never used a snow blower before and I don't know if these tires will be sufficient? I also have a pair of...

I just acquired a Massey Ferguson MF-12 garden tractor. I've located a model 620 snow thrower for it, but I'm aware that there are different styles and I have no idea which style is the correct fit for my tractor. There was a similar discussion about the model 720 blower on this forum and...

I'm hoping that some one else out there has one of these cabs and can take some pictures for me, or I could be wildly optimistic and hope someone has extra brackets. I'm trying to put together the Snow Cab I recently bought for my H14 and the two rear brackets where the cab mounts to the pan...
