(electric start)
This is one I picked up last fall came with a snow blade, mower deck and an unknown blower. It's a 3sp was missing the seat, nose ring and muffler. I got it running with a homemade muffler on and it smoked like crazy (blue smoke). Bought a used 8hp snowblower engine for it, switched the flywheels to get the alternator on and put the 12 volt stater off the old engine on it. Now it's much better. Made up a plow frame as it was missing, all I got was the blade and the angle assembly. Made up a set of tires chains and put tubes in the rear tires with 40 lbs. of calcium each. Put on a seat and pics show what I got.
I bought this one to sell as a lawn tractor plow hoping we'd get the snow we got last year but we only got 6" total so far, I don't think this one going to sell, if it does I'll be lucky to break even. That's OK I have other plans for it.

Your title tricked me a little bit, do you mean electronic ignition?

I like the little 8's, have a hydro myself. How does it do plowing?

I think the electric means electric start.

I wish it was a Hydro, I only plowed with it once this season, the front end moves around a lot and it probably only pushes about 1/2 the snow my MF12 does.

I was wondering how it would do because they are pretty light little tractors. I wonder if you could somehow add a little weight to the front end of the tractor as well as the back, it would probably do pretty good then.
