Nice job on getting it so everything would turn again. Now all you need is 3 feet of snow to test it out???

The weight will probably come in handy until you get some chains on. If you could find some old (or new) frisbees, aluminum pie plates or similar you could put a short piece of pipe in the center (that would fit over your round bar) and then fill the outer area with mixed quickcrete cement - would think one bag would give you about 7 or 8 weights. Level the cement off with the top of the dished area and then once the cement has hardened you could poke a hole in the sleeve and mount it on your bar. Just a suggestion - bag of quicrete goes for about $7.00 around here..
