Since I don't have a garage area to work in in the winter, I start doing DANGEROUS things like thinking.....

There was a company years ago that made a "Half Track" setup for farm tractors. You saw them mostly on 8N Fords, but they made them for other tractors as well.

Never saw anytime like that !! Looks like it can be removed easily if needed , thanks for the pics, Al

My uncle has a set on his Ferguson 40.

He uses it when he's pulling logs out, says there is nothing like it for traction. He also said you do have to watch it as it wants to come up once in a while, the back wheels never spin.

If you do a set for the Bolens, you may want to design some sort of roll over protection

thats a sweet set up on that struck. they use the same tracks thats on my struck mini dozer. it wouldnt be that hard to make a set up like that for a bolens
