Welcome

Looks like the tractor is in a much better place now!

The 1054 was made only 1 year (1971)

Not trying to burst your bubble but that is ALOT of weight strain on your engine exhaust block with that stack.........

I've built stacks before. I'm aware of needing to be braced. It's not finished lol. Thanks for all the comments. Can someone tell me what oil the rear end takes? I drained the rear and it was full of water

I'd flush it with kero to get more crap out. Let it drain for a couple of days. Then use what the manual calls for. Download the Owners and Shop Manuals from our Manuals Section(3 free downloads per day). You have a great machine there but you need to read the manual. It has some really neet things like the big nut on the left rear wheel. That controlls the limited slip in the rear. Did you get any other attachments? Good Luck, Rick

Sadly I got no other attachments with the tractor. I will be going back to get the sickle bar mower for the tractor though. More progress pics here. Someone tell me what's not right on this tractor... ImageUploadedByTapatalk1435461501.700986.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1435461514.931944.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1435461528.899272.jpg

The sickle mower is a great attachment. A plow and a snow blower should be easy to find. Check the attachments list in the Manual Section. Good Luck, Rick

Making some more progress on the 1054. Lights are wired up as I wait for a new ignition module for the Wisconsin to be delivered. Also picked up one good deal. I purchased a Bolens parts tractor for $100. But here's the best part...it came with a compete deck, two snow plows (I'm up to three of them now ), and a complete snow blower. I say it was a good deal. Looks like I'm in the final stages before the Bolens is complete and ready to work. Really hope that I can mow this season.
