Would anybody know if a TRA10d from a 1050 would bolt in a 1254 without modification? I have never dealt with a TRA12d.

Thanks

If memory serves me the TRA10D has a 1" diameter crank and the TRA12D has a 1-1/8" diameter crank where the pulley goes - not a problem if you can use the pulley from the 1050 - just mentioning it in case you are planning on using the TRA12D pulley on the TRA10D - it can be done with a spacer sleeve and a different crankshaft key - 1/4" x 5/16"

A dead ignition was the need for the swap.
Your doing the right thing by getting rid of that SS ignition. I fought S14D (same Ignition system) for over a month and finally scrapped the engine.

Thanks for the input, matching pulleys and wiring shouldn't be a problem, I just didn't want to mess with it if the block was dimensionaly different.
