For lack of better description...anyone built a pusher type boom pole?

Down to mopping up the last of 3 acres and thinking a boom on front of GT would make it easier to put stuff in burn pit. Don;t think the front axle would support too much by itself so was considering a pusher type with independent axle and ball hitch..

Any suggestions? Have to move/lift 2-300 pound log chunks.

Trailer like might work, but would have for rear. Tractor with loader, add extension to bucket would be easy to maneuver but take bigger tractor for heavy logs, wood.

Would a boom on the back and grader blade on the front help. .. get it close with the boom then roll it in with blade?

The trailer boom on the front and a log on a chain sounds like trying to push a rope

Will be using an electric winch so it's clear of ground while pushing it. Thinking front of tractor will be enough counter weight. The log mover would work if it wasn't so uncontrollable when steering it and gets nearly unmanageable if the boom gets much past the wheels. Would be like trying to push a piece of cooked spaghetti end wise.

My log mover is sort of a combination of these two. Something similar to the bottom one is what I need to build but with about a 6 foot boom on it without the arch. Thanks, will tinker with things a bit and see if it works.
