I just put in rings and honed the cyc. It ran great until I thought oil was leaking around head gasket and now runs really bad.Checked the compression and has around 180.psi and one spark plug was wet and not firing. What could my problem be?

That helps a lot. Sounds like one 'armature'(magneto) has gone bad on it. This may help:

What is it wet with? Oil and fuel look different, plus you can look down the spark plug hole and tell when one cyl has oil in it and one doesn't. Oil leak around the headgasket and one cyl having high compression (what is the other cyl?) and a dark and wet plug MIGHT be that a bunch of oil was getting into that one cyl, which fouls the plug, raises compression reading, and COULD push past a headgasket.

Another thing you could try is cranking it with the plugs out and see if the 'mist/spray' shooting from each cyl looks different. All this to verify you dont have a bunch of oil entering that cyl.
