They go for about $75.00 around here in that condition , a little elbow grease and real grease , if they have fittings , and some JD green or Kubota Orange , Cubby yellow , bright red or plain black paint may get you $50.00 more . The fact that they are probably 1970s ish makes them a little more valuable , the quality of steel and craftsmanship is superior to anything in this class that was produced in the 1980s and beyond .I picked up a tandem set a month ago for $80. They are the black ones,so I think they are the newer ones. Not sure though.
