I was recently checking out an online site for an auto auction that included about 50 former police cars from the OPP. The sit had a carfax report for all of the vehicles that lists all accidents that the vehicle has been involved in. None of the police cars was accident free, a couple of them had been in so many that they just had the number of accidents, not the details. If I recall right one of them had been in more than 50 accidents.

Sarge, don't blame it on me. At the academy they told me that these patrol cars are heavy duty and have powerful engines, enhanced brakes, and air bags. I had no reason to not believe them. This is why I was surprised that the bags failed to deploy to keep the vehicle afloat. I am writing this up as mechanical failure.
