Looks like a Honda. I used self tapping screws on our old 94 Accord "door cards"? Darn thing had almost 400k on it's original drivetrain and the interior panels were always falling off. Got tired of putting them back on one day and went out and bought a box assorted self tapping screws and permanently "fixed them" lol.
