Over the weekend it was raining so I decided to try cleaning up one of my 1050's. The hood and fenders are a brownish yellow color from a light layer of surface rust and dirt on the paint. So after some light scrubbing with some WD40 and a scotch brite pad I had the paint starting to look somewhat white again. I know it's not a perfect solution but I'm just trying to make the tractor look better without tearing the whole thing down to repaint it.

That's helping, but it may need more paint before long.

I do agree that it will need painted one day. I figured I didn't really have anything to lose trying this and it seemed to work good. I just wanted to make it look a little less rusty lol
