Cub Cadet LTX1050 center blade not cutting

Cub Cadet LTX1959. Was cutting fine. Then I sharpened the blades. I know I put the blades on correctly and they are tight. Now when I mow tall grass the center blade is leaving a trail of tall uncut grass. The only thing I can think of is a loose belt, but wouldn't that make all blades cut bad? Can a loose belt somehow make only the center blade cut bad?

I guess the center spindle could be sticking... I don't know. Strange.

Middle blade could absolutely could spin slower if the belt is loose.

If you have the belt on the wrong side of one of the tensioner pulleys the belt will be loose and will not make full contact with the center spindle.

Here check your belt routing before you start replacing parts. This is the diagram from the LTX 1050 manual.

Also redouble check that the middle blade is on correctly, and that the lift wings face upwards and not downwards. Also, I have seen many home sharpened blades having a rounded off end, instead of straight. This will allow grass to "roll" off the blade instead of getting cut properly at the outer tip of the blade. Take a pic of your blades and post it please. Worn, not properly sharpened(there is a correct and not correct way to sharpen them) and even upside down despite owner swearing they are on right are things I have seen in 30+ years of professional lawn mower repair. Even missing or damaged internal shrouds on the mower deck and grass build up can also make a deck cut poorly on one or more blades.
