After a couple days of heavy maybe even abusive plowing my front left wheel fell right off. Complete bearing failure. From a quick google search it looks like bearings are about 16 dollars x2 or x4 if I do both sides (which is what I want to do). Is that as good as it gets? Does anyone have a part number or bearing size to cross reference?

This is the size you will be looking for
[background=rgb(238, 237, 237)]ID 3/4", OD 1-3/8", Height 1-1/8"o [/background]

[background=rgb(238, 237, 237)]The replacements do not seem to last well but if your axle is smooth you may want to try this one. It has a lot more surface.[/background]

Do it fall off while you were using it??? If so, that had to be quite the scare!

The bearing size you describe and the bearing size in the link are the same. Was one supposed to be larger than the other?
Sorry yes the OEM is not as thick If I remember right it is about 1/2 to 5/8 High.

Ditto.

That's the best deal I've found so far too.
