Well some of you I hade talked to about starting problems. Well I took the motor out tonight and was suprised how easy it was. Took me about 45 min. I got it in my shed and took it apart, well I looked at the stater and found out that it was just out of adjustment. Just my luck good thing I took it apart first , I was about to order a new starter when the one I got is mint. So I'm going to put it back together and put my electric fuel pump on and hopefully back in buisnes (or however you you spell it) tomorrow.

Well got her all back together an running. I put the electric fuel pump on and she goes good. I thin I've got to rebuild the Carb because when its warm and I shut it off then go to start it the thing backfires then starts I Dont know maybe its because I have the pump connected to the ignition wire. But at least it starts and runs.ill post some pics when I can

Cool deal. Glad to hear you got it running. Did you adjust the mixture on the carb? Most only have one mixture screw on the Onans. Some have two, one for the low and one for the high. Depends if it was fitted with the optional adjustment. Should probably also make sure the fuel pump isn't pushing too much pressure and overfilling the fuel bowl. Might not be a problem normally but that first second it turns on is like a surge of pressure.

My brain isn't cooperating with me right now but I remember the B48 I had was set at 1 1/2 turns and the P220 I have was set at 3/4 turns. I may have that backwards. If you downloaded the manual for you engine there is a section in there that tells you what to start off with depending on the carb that is on the motor. Onan used a couple of different carburetors. I think both of mine were the Nikkos.
