Mon Anglais est vraiment très mauvais et j'utiliserais donc un traducteur, excusé moi d'avance pour les incohérences.
J'ai récupéré après le décès de mon beau père son vieux micro tracteur MF 1200.
Celui ci a une bielle moteur de cassée.
J'ai donc démonté et amené le moteur kolher K301 de 12ch chez un rectifieur de ma région.
Afin de savoir si je peu le réparer ou non.
En attendant cette réponse, j'aimerais refaire à neuf également le reste du micro tracteur.
Mais j'ai l'impression qu'il me manque une pièce, car à la sortie moteur il y a une sorte d'embrayage avec une poulie de fixée dessus (poulie verticale) placé juste derrière les phares.
Ensuite la seule autre poulie, se trouve sur mon plateau de coupe (horizontale).
Il est impossible de placer une courroie de cette façon entre ces 2 poulies, je pense qu'il manque une pièce que je nommerais un renvois d'angle.
Mais je ne vois jamais cette pièce sur toutes les photos que j'ai pu voir jusqu'a présent.
Ce tracteur à une valeur sentimentale, et il faut l'avoué de conception très robuste.
Mon budget et malheureusement très limité, et j'aimerais faire tout moi même pour m'en sortir.
Pourtant, il faut que je prenne en compte que peut être le moteur ne sera pas réparable et penser à y installer un autre adaptable.
Dans ce cas, j'aimerais monter un peu la puissance vers 18 ou 20 Ch. mais quoi mettre qui resterai compatible, j'ai 4000 m² d' herbe difficile à tondre.
Je préfèrerais conserver mon Kohler K301, mais en France le MF 1200 n'a pas était très répandu.
J'espère trouver de l'aide au près de vous.

Hi dom and welcome to GTtalk! :wave: Very nice massey you got there and very sorry for your loss. There are many replacement parts for the kohler motors and there are very strong and dependable. You can order parts off ebay or anywhere on the internet and it shouldn't be that expensive. Is there any damage to the block that you know of? any holes? I really don't know anything about the massey tractors (im a cub guy lol) but im hoping someone will be along shortly to help you :thumbs:

Welcome to GTT Dom.

As mike said, that engine can be rebuilt fairly easily. Parts are available

on Ebay.

It sounds like you are missing the mule drive, that fastens to the

front of the frame, and redirects the belt from the engine PTO, to

the mower deck. (diagram below)

If you keep an eye on ebay, you may find a mule drive there.

J'attend la réponse du spécialiste rectifieur de ma région qui à mon moteur pour me dire s'il est encore réparable.

Malgré la casse de la bielle, il y a juste un petit morceau de chemise tout en bas qui à était cassée, d'après le rectifieur ce n'est pas grave.

Par contre ce moteur à déjà était réalésé parce que le piston a une inscription .020

Mais, il est toujours possible d'obtenir ces pièces de remplacement sur le site Internet que je vous ai indiqué, j'ai déjà pris contact avec eux.

Pour la réparation du moteur, oui je pense le faire moi même ayant un budget très petit, mais avec votre aide je me sentirais plus fort.

Merci beaucoup pour m'avoir montré la pièce qui permet le passage de la courroie au plateau de coupe, il va m'en falloir une j'espère que je trouverais.

Encore merci de votre aide, je me sent bien seul en France avec ce modèle très peu répandu.

Je reviens vers vous pour vous annoncer que je n'ai pas réussi à avancer sur la restauration de mon MF 1200 :deadhorse:

Par contre et c'est là la bonne nouvelle, j'ai acheté le même modèle en état de fonctionnement.

Comme cela, j' ai enfin ce modèle que je souhaitais et j'ai surtout un engin en état de fonctionnement qui va me permettre de comparer ce qui me manque sur l'autre.

Si je dois bricoler celui qui ne fonctionne pas ce sera beaucoup plus simple en me basant sur celui qui fonctionne :thumbs:

J'attend toujours réponse au près du rectifieur chez qui j'ai confié mon moteur Kohler, je vais devoir les relancer une fois de plus.

J'ai commencer à restaurer celui qui ne fonctionne pas au niveau du démontage du châssis pour le poncer et le mettre en après avant de le peindre.

Son châssis et moins abimé que celui qui fonctionne.

Malgré mes effort j'ai légèrement abimé les auto collants Massey Ferguson MF1200 du capot, savez vous s'il est possible de les obtenir neuf ?
