Where's good price for a gasket set? OH140 all I need to know for search? One set fits many hp sizes? Would need seals for sure, and shims for crank, then would take rings with it if so, don't need piston, rod or anything else that I know of yet. Standard on piston.

Check your crank bearings to.If you see any wear replace them.If there worn they will have a sharp raised lip on the inside of the race.If you had a knock it could of been from worn crank bearings.Engine knock in a tecumseh Is commonly miss diagnosed as worn connecting rod and piston slap.Worn crank bearings will make a knocking sound on every stroke just like connecting rod knock or piston slap.

Crank bearings are the same HH100-OH160 Tecumseh part numbers 31932 and 31928.Bearings are around $40 each and races are around $15 each.

Don't skiimp out on bearings if there worn. They will cause the rod and rings to wear prematurely.
