If it's the Carter #26 carb then it is part # 235415. and if you do goto ebay they run about $25 with shipping just for that needle.

Maybe you know already but some don't. look in the choke end of the carb with a flash light, up at the top of the venturi (behind the choke plate) will be a # like (26) that is the carter carb #, on the outside they say carter model N. if none of the above then it's prob a walbro.

Very good, that numbr also relates to the size of the venturi as per to the engine intake port bore, if i remember right no. 26 is 3/4 in. inch venturi bore.
Did not mean to highjack the thread, you came to the right place for help,

They are available from NAPA also. I will post their part# tomorrow as their catalog is at work.

It's surprising what NAPA carries for lawnmowers, GT's, stringtrimmers, etc. If one asks, they will usually give you a hardcopy of their catalog for small engines. Look through it well as they sometimes have the same same part listed under two different numbers and one may be less expensive. "factory" vs. aftermarket.

I was looking at mine and there is a 30 stamped in the venturi but i don't see any other markings than the serial# of the carb, would this be a carter carb?
