That one looks to be in very nice shape :thumbs:

Those big Kohlers do need a pretty good muffler.

When we did the 1886FL Ben put on one that turned out to be a bit too small, and that rascal had quite a 'bark' to it.

I replaced it with one a bit larger which helped, but it still isn't exatly quiet :D :D :D

That muffler doesn't just hang there. If you look closer at my 2nd pic you can see that there is a support as well.

I've seen a lot of twin tractors with a pair of pepper pots on them. It must be pretty deafening at WOT! That muffler looks like it would do the job though. I like the sound of a big opposed twin.

Yes it has the support on the engine to hold the weight. Brian I will say that it's a Hugh difference between the two and the first one wasn't small at all. Yes sir the K twins do sound great
