Curious... should a K532 have any pressure with the oil cap off? Mine seems to have quite a bit of air blowing out if I pull it during operation. Also, the tractor seems a little rich. What is the best way to lean it out some? Add air or remove gas on the choke? I'm using oil as well... any tips on how to slow down the consumption.... beyond a rebuild?

Make sure your crankcase breather is in good shape with a clean filter. You might want to consider a decarbon depending on the history of the engine. It's supposed to be done every 500hrs. The carbon buildup can cause blowby. You could try a Seafoam treatment or to get a good look at the condition of the top end you could pick up a set of head gaskets and go in for a look. I had a K321 that was dripping oil from the breather and it had enough carbon on the block and piston to interfere with the piston at the top of it's travel. After cleaning it up and installing a new HG it no longer spits any oil from the breather.

Where is the breather? Im guessing its really dirty. I pulled heads last summer and cleaned carbon, cylinder walls looked decent at that time. It was maintained regularly in the past, but I dont see any notes on cleaning the breather.

You don't have a breather.
You have a positive crankcase ventilator.
It's on top of the engine.
Follow the rubber tube from the front of the carb..
The aluminum casting is it.
It is non serviceable and no longer available.
All you can do is spray it down to clean it.

There should be a lots of air coming out of the oil fill tube.
That's normal. I would expect lots of oil spraying out too!
Your carb has needles to adjust rich lean.
