You can get the parts at a auto parts store take the belt with you two and get the green power belts.

The shield on the pto pulley and the little rod the goes over the idler pully is what is needed to be taken off.

In my HT22/HT20D parts manual, the Idler Sheave is listed as part# 1719 202

It's also the same part# for the HT23.

well i got my parts 2 days ago for the HT20D and who ever owned it before ken they kept running it with a bad bearing until that pully cane out an it ruined the shaft :firejumper: when it came out you can see where it hit the edge of the fly wheel nd theres 6 or 8 alan bolts that hold the flywheel screen it broke the head off one and bent 1 or 2. that had to make a BIG BANG when that sucker came out but i got a new shaft comeing thanks to bob so now when i get it back together i hope i dont have any issues with it an im going to keep a close eye on that pully.. i also adjusted the valves because the motor was tapping but it was just from the rocker arm being way to loose so i got that issue fixes along the way

Sam, I'm real sorry that this happened. I never used the PTO since the plow was mounted when I bought it and it never came off to use the mower deck.
I can assure you, I did not know there was a problem with it.
