Good morning - it is 14°F and overcast with a brisk wind out of the South but feels like it is coming out of the North - birr! Looks like we are in for some snow and there is a snowsquall watch in effect again for this evening until late Sunday afternoon. Trying for a high of 24°and then down to 13° overnight - guess spring will be a little ways away yet by the feel of things.

good morning Kenny and all. The wind is brisk out of the North and the temperature is sitting at 14°F - down from 16° at 5:30 am. Got about 2" of snow overnight and there is more falling so will probably have to do snow removal duty tomorrow. We were under a snow squall warning earlier this morning but that seems to be gone now so just a regular winters day in Bruce County - down to 5° overnight with more snow in the forecast for tomorrow.

Greetings - it is 16°F (up from 10° earlier) and there is a snow squall watch in place (what else is new). Been gently snowing all morning with a light wind out of the South and looks like that will continue for the rest of today and tomorrow. Looking at the long range it doesn't look like things will go near freezing or at least the next two weeks - hopefully the wind will not rearrange the snow flakes into the driveway for a few days but time will tell.

Good morning it is 13°F and we got about 6" of white stuff they call snow last night - fortunately the wind was light for the most part so it only drifted in a few spots. Under the usual snow squall warning and looks like the temperature will drop from now until t his evening when we drop to minus 7° - time to heat up those mufflers again.

See Kenny was on earlier but didn't post this morning - hope he is ok and not dealing with more technical problems.

Good afternoon - it is a cold day with little wind and the temperature is 14°F (up form 0 at 7:30). Mr. Sun has blessed us with his appearance and it is so nice to see him hanging out and beaming down on us. Got about 4" more of the white stuff (between yesterday afternoon and last night) which the wind decided should be deposited higher in my laneway so got about 4 hours of crisp seat time - had a slight technical hitch with a broken throttle cable but did a quick repair that I hope will get me through until spring. Going to drop down to 11° overnight and more snow is forecast for tomorrow.

Greetings - it is a grey cloudy day with the temperature sitting at 21°F. Brisk wind out of the South West will slowly drop by this evening and we will drop to 2°. Under another snow squall watch as Ma Nature does what she does best by keeping us on our toes.

About 3:00 yesterday afternoon I was unloading a fresh supply of gas for the Bolens and I heard something honking skyward to the North (sounded like geese). Looked up and watched in amazement as about 15 Canada geese pass about 100 feet overhead heading South honking the beat as they went. I am hoping that they were just running a little bit behind schedule (probably had to prove they had their Covid Booster before they can go South of the border) and that it was not a sign that winter is just starting and what we have seen in January was just a light dusting of what is to come. Time will tell!

Good morning - it is 9°F and Mr. Sun is shining once more. Light wind out of the North has a bit of a bite to it and looks like we dip to minus 9° this evening. The wind was up gusting overnight and deposited the loose snow that was laying around into the laneway so it got removed this morning - the drifts were hard but the little guy did the job and the throttle cable fix stayed working so far.
Seeing geese this time of year around here is rather unusual as there is not much of a food source and most of the ponds have ice on them.

Good morning - it is 20°F and we got about 4" of light fluffy white stuff last night. Not much wind so for now it is staying put but that will probably change as the wind swings around to the West and picks up this afternoon. Still under a snow squall warning which has been extended into this evening. Looks like we have reached our high for today and will drop down to 17° overnight.

Good day - it is 27°F and a cloudy day - the guessers say partly sunny but have not seen it yet. Got about two more inches of the white stuff so decided to get rid of it as they are talking above freezing temperatures briefly for tomorrow. Started at 8:00 am but due to technical difficulties what should have been a 3 hour job turned into a 5 and 1/2 hour job - such is life. There is a very light wind out of the South and looks like that is where it will remain as we drop down to 17° overnight.

Good morning - it is 30°F and there is a brisk wind out of the South East that is doing its best to move the loose snow it can find around. Heading for a high of 40° and then we drop back to 28° overnight - moisture starting as rain late this afternoon and then switching over to snow as the temperature drops so probably going to get icky by morning. Under a special weather statement regarding a "multi day snow fall event" starting Wednesday and lasting until Friday so looks like it is going to get nasty here as well Kenny.
