This is on eBay and about 2 hours from me. Looks to be in good condition but listed as a Cub Cadet 12" Brinly. The Brinly plows I have seen photos of id not have the adjustable sleeve and the coulter was in frot of the plow further. Also the adjustment was a center link type, not with a crank handle. So is this a Brinly or not? Also is this a good usable plow to be used with a sleeve hitch behind a 1053? Thanks in advance for you opinions.

Just looked it up to get a larger view. It is definitely 12". It would work behind your tractor, but 12 " is a hard pull depending on soil type. The start price is great!
I was wondering about that extra 2" also. My garden is good black sandy dirt so don't pull hard at all. But other places around this area it is clay base and may not be able to pull a 12". I may be better of converting a David Bradly 8" plow to a sleeve hitch hook up.

The starting price is good and it is the first one with 200 miles of me that I have seen for many months. I have ag tires full of fluid and chains. I can add another 130 lbs of weight if I have to. I could put it behind the other Bolens with a 13 hp engine but Chinese engines don't have the lugging power the Wisconsin does so don't think I would gain anything.

Well, I see it got one bid....was it you? If so, a heck of a deal IMO.

He sold his plow with the one bid. NO, it wasn't me. I have a real nice plow on the Gardener and decided I didn't need another one right now. will see wow the Gardener works out this spring. I also have a DB l plow I may adapt to the sleeve hitch.
