Just wondering what u guys thought I'm pondering selling my 1655 and seeing what u guys think a good price would be. It runs but not well has 3 pt hitch 55" deck 48" blower 48" scraper blade full metal cab with canvas doors. In good shape but I think the motor prob could use a good freshening.

You know how it is with these machines, once the motors start running badly, you just need someone to offer to take them off your hands. I feel really generous, though, so I'll not only take it off your hands, I'll pay double scrap price as well.

Wait......is it still April 1st?? :bigrofl: :bigrofl:

Seriously, even if the motor is having issues I'd think over $500 is certainly not unreasonable. Probably over $1000., but some pictures would really help

Looks pretty solid but I can't guess what you would get for it. Have you thought of having the engine checked out by a mechanic to see what's up with it. With that information you could either repair it and keep/ sell it as a good working tractor for much more money, particularly because of all the attachments you have. The sick engine will drive down the price of the whole package otherwise.

Darn good suggestion Brian made there.

For the cost of a $30 written appraisal/estimate of the engine, you might fetch yourself an extra

3-400 in the total package price.

it looks like a very nice tractor with a lot of toys to go with it. i would have to agree with the others to get a estimate on the motor if its an easy fix it will be worth it in the end

Not to be a jerk, :smilewink: :bigrofl:

but I think the paint job takes away some value as it sits. Wrong colors, over spray, etc.

Looks like a quick cheap rattle can job, that makes it look like you are trying to hide something.

Somethings like with rare coins, antique's and garden tractors should be left as is, unless you plan on keeping them.

Doesn't look bad. I would guess(and this is just a guess) $700-$1000. Does the engine smoke or knock or does it just need a tuneup?
