Does anybody know what a good part number is for a fuel pump for a Kohler K482 in my Bolens 1886? I've seen many that claim to be replacements but they seem to be very expensive and many different part numbers. Also, Are there any rebuild kits available for the original pumps?

Thanks,
Bud W

There is currently no ''Correct"aftermarket for these pumps

Genuine Kohler runs about $ 130 with shipping included , complete kit has all the fittings and parts you need for a complete overhaul

I can order one if you wish

The diaphragm kits are long gone and have been NLA a while.

There is a guy selling brand new in the box (but probably 30 yo) all-metal AC Delco ones for the KT's and Magnum twins, got one from him a couple months ago for mine. He had a ton of them. IDK if a Magnum/KT one is the same as the 482, but if they made pumps for the KTs I figure they had to of for the 482s. Those came before the KT's after all.
