Working on a Ariens GT19 with a Kohler KT19 engine. Adjusted the carb and points and shes running a helluva lot better.
Problem is when I was using my timing light I discovered that I wasnt getting consistent spark! ie, when the engine does stumble (ever so slightly) I could see the plug wasnt getting spark as the timing light wasnt lighting up. The stumble is all the way through the power band. Still have alot of diagnosing to do yet and was hoping to get some advice from someone with more experience with these engines or has been in a similar situation.
