I would be curious to know what it was also, almost has a sort of speedex look to it.

No , I don't know,but it does look very slightly like a speedex.

It does have some looks of a Speedex. Also a bit of Shaw too. Maybe it's home built?? The rear axle looks like it's pretty long, like it was set up for duals. Looks like maybe a lift bar for front attachments too. I don't remember seeing a tractor with a straight-up steering column like that.
