Tired of spending money on this MF10 I need 2 headlights for it. I can only find one 4406 and one 4411 around the shop they look different and will give a different light pattern. Last night I found 2 halogen replacement lamps so I have a free pair. The problem is that the original lights are 36 watt which draw 3 amps each for a total of 6 amps. The halogen bulbs are 50 watt and draw 4 amps each for a total of 8 amps. I do not know what the output of the altenator is on the MF10 and if it will handle the extra 2 amps. Anyone have an oppinion on this?

I think you should be Ok with those. The extra 2 amp is negligible.

I bought a couple of replacement bulbs at a local auto supply store for a few $ each. You might be able to find some locally.

Forgive me but I am completly ignorant of what Massey uses for for headlight lenses. If they are plastic, those halogens may melt them.
