I've been in correspondence with the owner by email and he said he inherited the tractor with some land he bought and now he is moving and no longer has a need for it. What do you think a good counter offer on the price would be?nra1ifer said:It might be a good buy, but......
Considering the fact that someone bought such a nice tractor, apparently not too long ago (looks pretty new), and let it get "rough" would make me wonder how well they took care of the minor, regular upkeep. I would bet not very well. Look it over good. If it runs and mows at all, I'd think $450 (or less) is reasonable. You could probably clean it up and make it a really nice tractor.
Any other thoughts??
Well...I procrastinated (which I am reall good at) for too long and someone has already bought the MF 2920. Maybe it just wasn't meant to be this time.harrycu said:
