Actually did this a couple weeks ago but of course I am to blame for never having the camera with me to tell about the stuff I do in the shop and I forget to post about it.

I had bought a Massey MF12 hydro that was in pretty rough shape but it had wheel weights and a snow blade. I have a friend who is using the tractor around his property for his girls to drive and also use it to pull a trailer. Of course I removed the wheel weights and snow blade before doing so.

I had finally had some time and we got the carriage bolts needed to mount the Massey two piece wheel weights. They are a little on the long side and I will probably cut them down just so nobody looses any skin from their shins. This is only the second set of the two piece Massey weights that I have. The other set is on the Massey MF12.

I still need to build a weight box to mount to the three point hitch to counter the weight of the loader because without power steering it isn't the easiest to steer.

Of course I took pics today :smilewink:

As soon as you lose the skin from your shins, I am sure the bolts will be shortened right away. Ouch , that would hurt. I have the same weights on my MF 12. Noel

I am slowly getting there. I just don't like getting the camera all dirty. I should get a cheaper camera just for garage duty that I don't care about.

I love the Massey two piece wheel weights. They are much easier to get on and off and have a substantial amount of weight compared to the Cub Cadet weights. Do you have any pics of your MF12 with them on?

I bought a vivatar vivicam46 for $17.... only 3 megapixel .... picture quality suffers a little but it uploads fast ( After dropping and busting my good one in the shop this one works just fine for tractor shots) Rick
