The 4wd has a broken rod and hole in the block. 2wd run but has lots of blow-by.

I have not been around a 1010 to know how big they are.

What model Toyosha engine is in it?

Does anyone know if engine parts are available?

Would a 3TN Yanmar possibly fit without major cutting?

Thanks guys. That tells me a lot of what I need to know.

No engine Parts!

Dan does it look like an S.A.E. housing mount to the rear of the engine? Have you ever been in there i.e the back of the engine?

For what it is worth, I was told that a Kubota engine could replace a Toyosha. I don't know if that is true or not, it is just a legend I heard.

Thanks That may mean that the 1010 uses an S.A.E. type bellhousing.

I did find a c122 Toyosha motor that came out of a Himomoto.

Dan If you get a chance would you take a peek at your for the engine Model #?
