Do any of you know if the front pulley engaged by the electric drive is supposed to wobble? It appears the front pulley has a very thin brass bushing that is allowing it to wobble. Is this replaceable (the bushing) or do I have to replace the pulley itself?

Parts book doesn't seem to indicate what to replace.

The front pulley your asking about if its the one lowest down it should be a splined double pulley that held onto the splined shaft that runs thru the front axle. And yes its engaged by the electric clutch. The other pulley is the tensioner pulley and it almost looks like it has a brass type bushing but it really just a spacer to keep the pulley away from the flat steel that holds the pulley and where the spring mounts to.If that bearing is gone its going to wobble.I'am not sure if the pulley you have is riveted together if it is you can drill out the rivets and replace just the bearing and then use bolts to bolt the pulley halves back together. If the splined pulley is worn on the splines then you'll have to replace the pulley also make sure the splined shaft isn't worn out either.Larry
