What is the biggest rear tire that you can put on a MF10 or MF12Hydra drive tractor without raising the seat or making any modifications?

Shown below is a MF10 right and MF12Hydra left.
12 has 23-8.50/12 turfs on it, 10 has 6x12 turfs on it.
Both tires are factory stock and have the same outside diameter.
As you can see there is a bit more clearance on the Hydro.

So what is the biggest tire that can be used?

I've looked for an answer to that question before, the concensus is that 26x12x12 is the largest that will fit, and it may interfere with the mower deck. Not an issue if you don't mow, could cause problems otherwise. Given the way tires sizes seem to have shrunk while still being labeled the same, I'd like to find a 24x10 or a 25x10 just to make sure I haven't gone smaller by accident.

I think that the 23x10.5-12 is probably the biggest for 10 and 12.I bought a brand new set of 23x10.5-12 ag tires mounted on cub cadet wheels of a guy i work with.I tried to put them on my 10 and they wouldn't fit due to wheel offset.I had to mount them on rims from my massey.I believe that the mounting plate for the massey wheels are just slightly offset closer to center of wheel. The cub wheels that i tried to mount were offset heavy on one side and lighter on other, and that was enough to cause them not to fit.I don't think 12' wide tires will fit unless you have the right offset wheel. The tires i bought weren't even actually 10.5' wide they measure 9' but say 10.5' on tire.
