Well, in fact this isn't the right forum - but I don't know any better. Here's the background story:

In germany we have a foundation called ARS NATURA. Ars Natura shows art on bike- and walkways. For better explanation, here an example

Sky Plant Plant community Ecoregion Natural environment

Around my village, in the fields, we have some of this artworks, too. And due to the fact that mother nature is the gallery, the grass around the artworks is growing and growing and...

But now, I'll mow some of this lots and enjoy my beautiful home. I think, it's a good job for leisure.

edit: I forgot the Link to ARS NATURA

Well I suppose if it gives you an excuse to use your tractor it's a good thing. I know if it were me, I'd be looking for just such an excuse myself. ( of course I would NEVER drive my tractor for anything but critically important work ;) oh and I have a bridge to sell you.....

Yesterday my mowing project started. Weather was changeable, first the sun was shining but in the afternoon it stared to rain.

The ground around the artworks is very rough. I started with mowing around the works, using the STIHL FS-KM. And with the VIKING mower the rest area of the aisle was mulched. Yepp, that was a lot of fun! I hope, that after some time the ground will get smoother - we'll see.

Here some before and after pictures:
