I got the carb kit for the Sears 16/6 twin but the carb missing one of the screw.

Yes that's a Marvel Schebler. I'll look tomorrow and shoot you a PM. I should have one. Just rebuilt the one on my 1655. I have a parts carb with a broken casting around the low speed. It can spare some more parts.
