My father inherited this tractor from a neighbor who passed. It was cared for, kept in a garage and was running at the time. Dad's a self-taught mechanic decided to replace some parts, however, while in the process of doing so got a cancer diagnosis and has since not been able to finish the job and would rather leave it to someone who can get some good use out of it.

It is not currently running, and I cannot confirm exactly what needs to be done to get it running. But from what I can tell, it appears to be basic work (attaching a belt, spark club, carburetor tweaking, front left tire has a slow leak). I wish I knew exactly what's needed (I'm not a mechanic), but anyone with some knowledge on engines could probably put together the breadcrumbs. Attached images should help. Tractor looks to be in good shape and includes the mower attachment and what appears to be a hitch. We have the original manual with parts list and some prior parts orders as well. Pictures below should give you an idea.

We are located in Merritt Island, Florida (zip code 32952) and are willing to accept a price offer from anyone who can pick it up.
