You have two options, buy one that fits and works and will last as long you will run it or not use your RAM. I know the feeling on some of those prices. I'll buy you a muffler if you will buy me a $70 ignition switch.

Mine run $59.99 w/ free shipping

If your looking for the authentic look and keeping your machine original these are the way to go.

The OEM mufflers have a real durable finish and will not flake off like most replacements

One way I look at it with this older stuff is I'd personally prefer spending a bit more for an OEM part the factory chooses to still stock than not have any options at all.

If you think about it its really astonishing just how many parts they still carry for a 50+ year old engine.

Paying a "bit" more is not a problem. But when they stick it in and break it off is when I get upset. Those $60 mufflers are $15 material and mfg. cost and $45 profit.
