While driving the tractor the surging is not noticable, but at a standstill the engine surges rapidly, if I draw the throttle down below 3/4 she dies. I've got seafoam and injector cleaner in the gas and I'm running a tank through it. I already took the bowl off and cleaned it and the float needle, also took the main jet needle out and sprayed carb cleaner down it. Could I be having a problem with the fuel pump or is this just a sympton of a dirty carb that will have to be run out? Thanks
