Hey all the help I can get!

I have a john deere 332

I just bought a sears ff24 with a bad motor

it has a sears loader on it. so the big challenge is to

put the loader onto my John Deere 332!

any help or ideas or anyone else done this??

Welcome to the forum. Hopefully someone can help you out. There may be Sears manuals in the manuals section but you won't find anything for the Deere. They're too stingy to allow it.

Welcome to the forum! I would suggest mounting it very carefully! That JD make take offense to the Sears Loader!

just got it home and taken off the sears FF24, the motor is so weak it had a hard time

getting onto the trailer, it runs but not very good

I called kwik way today and it is a kwik way loader. it is a late 80's model.

so I am getting some where, they told me it is able to lift 380lbs is that right??

also the subframe that mounted to the bottom of the sears just had pins

holding it up and they pined to the deck holders! is this right.

Welcome to the forum! I would suggest mounting it very carefully! That JD make take offense to the Sears Loader!

I would think the Sears loader would be offended being put on a JD, it's being down graded oke:

This would be interesting to see how yo make the mounts.

Tires will fit if they are close to the same size as the JD, just a matter of mounting/dismounting. Depending on the bolt pattern of your JD, the rims may not fit, I figure the FF is 6 lug.

Ok finally done!!??? YEAH!!!!.
So where the front mounts for attachments I used the hole pattern as the 54" blade! Welded angle iron from them out and across the hydraulic mounting bracket
It works great!!
