Hi guys,

as seen in the video, my JD112 with Tecumseh HH100 engine is smoking a lil bit. When we opened the carburator we saw, that it was corroded innerly. I think, the main needle couldn't work right this way.
Ultrasonic cleaning the carburator wasn't enough, the gnaw is sitting hard at some parts. So Uli, our lagt-specialist here at the workshop, was looking for parts. German dealers don't have this parts in stock

Second question is: I found LME written on the carbu. Is this a brand name and / or where can I see the carbu-type?

I'll post two pictures. Has anybody an idea, where I can get this parts. If they are in stock here, maybe I'll send the money to a guy here and he'll send me the nozzle and the needle per mail. Or if anybody knows a shop which will send the parts to germany, please give me the adress.
If there are more questions, please ask me. I'll try to find the answer.

I would try eBay Germany. A lot of places sell new parts on there. Or, try our eBay and see if they will ship it to you!

Do you have the spec number for your HH100?

Go to: http://www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=tecumseh&mh=32,43

There you can select the proper spec number. .....Once you open that page, you can find the carburetor parts diagram with part numbers for your engine.

Having the Tecumseh part numbers will help you greatly in finding the parts you desire.

Try entering Tecumseh and the part number into Google, to see what you can find.

Hey JD, That's gonna be a Walbro carb, model LME.... I'll post ya some pictures of mine from my 112 when I'm not sitting at work here... If money is no object (ha ha), there's a guy here in North America, Mark at Carbrescue.com, that does AMAZING work on carbs.

No chance, Ryan. This carb isn't often used in D and my JD-dealer has also no idea where to get nozzle and needle or new carb. But thanks for reply.

Hi Bruce, at last will try this way and thank you for the link. I only had the "normal" Tecumseh-Link. I know where the sn-plate must be. But my tractor "lost them all in America", will say - i found no JD plate at its place

Hope next time with the engine plate it will be better

Don't forget to read about the main jet removal and service replacement. The was a lot of talk about it on this site a while back. It can cause a lot of headaches if you don't.

Thanks Dan, I tried the search function - but there are to many thread / replies. Can you short describe what will happen if I don't read, please. Will you see main jet removal and service replacement in relationship with warranty claim? Sorry, no idea what you mean.

When the manufacture put the main jet in they then drilled a hole into the side of it. When you remove it and put it back in you will not get it lined up right and it will not work. They make a service nozzle that has a detent all the way around it so fuel can flow no matter where the hole is. You can file yours to work as I did until I found a replacement. Some where on this site is a very good description of what I am talking about and I think a YouTube on how to modify your own. I will try and find it latter tonight.

I posted this last night but it didn't show up, I must have not hit the post button. I think IamSherwood covered it but what I said was when the manufacture put the main jet in they drill a small hole in the carb and jet for the fuel to go through. When you remove the jet to clean it and reinstall it you will never get that hole lined up again. So they made a service jet. I found one at my local lawn and garden dealer but you can modify you own and it works as I have done this before. Here is the thread I found out about it if it has not already been posted.
