when you think you have a crapy job, or that you are having a bad day remember this picture. there is some one else out there that is having a worse day then you, unless you have a situation like this.

Tire Vehicle Wheel Ecoregion Automotive tire

this is our big john deere 4650 stuck up to the cab in cow poo.

long story short i was trying to haul the poo when i found the edge of the pit.

it took a backhoe, tracked cat loader, and a jd 544b wheel loader to pull it out.

it took 10 minutes to get it stuck, 6 and a half hours to get it unstuck, and 5 hours of washing to clean it up.

i did not meme this someone else did.

Shucks, that's just a 1/2 crappy day.

I've seen pics of tractors in manure lagoons with just the top of the cab visible :D :D :D
Yeah Ol'Buz, it's real big different to be run over by a train or a steam roller - the result is the same!

@nbent: when and where did it happen?!

That sucks and the only way I can think of to clean this mess would be a pressure washer with a slicker on and a long extension on the wand....lol.....and I agree 100% with rasentrac, the result is the same, if your stuck in SH&T, does it really matter how much?? :bigrofl:

Yea I agree Poo is Poo no matter how much your stuck. When I first started reading the post I had to check and make sure Daniel was involved! :rolling: Glad you got it out and after that day it is all good.

I did that once with the skidloader. I was scraping the alley and then coming out right next to the lagoon to go over to the other barn and I slipped in. Not a pleasant experience, but remember someone has to clean the bathrooms at Taco Bell. :toilethead:

That WAS a crappy day, however, we topped that one a few years ago. Dad got a little too close to the pit with the old Hough 30 payloader.....just the top of the cab showing! Lots of cleaning, but she is fine still today. My park didn't hold on my MF1130 once years ago, and it rolled into the pit with only the air breather top & top edge of steering wheel showing. Again, lots of cleaning, but in both cases, NO manure entered the engines or transmissions! But ya gotta get them out quick in the really liquid stuff!

@jd.rasentrac. that happened out behind our barn in amalga utah, which is close to logan, about 2 weeks ago.

since i got it stuck i had to hock up the chains.

i don't know when it happened but a years ago my grandpa had a liquid manure tank on the back of the 4010 and the hitch broke as he was driving out of the pit, it rolled back into the pit that was shoulder high liquid stuff, needless to say that was not a fun day for him.
