to sand the driveway today. After yesterday's wet snow, the driveway was all ice, as it cooled off below freezing. So, put the sand in the bucket and went at it. Only two pins to change back and forth from snow plow to bucket.

I've been thinking about that, oldedeeres, but not got to it yet.

How about one of those push fertilizer spreaders for the lawn. Figure out how to attach it to pull, open the holes to let sand through and add on to the hopper. Maybe see if you can put some rock salt through it to help melt things.

There are plenty of tow behind fertilizer spreaders around. I got mine at the dump. They left some fertilizer in it and it ate the hopper when it rained. A little tin work and it will work. May have to put snowblower chains on the tires for traction. Good Luck, Rick
