This has got to be one of the coolest modifications I've seen regarding versatility and ingenuity. So maybe it's just wicked cool that the SUV is able to go from pushing the trailer to pulling the trailer in a matter of seconds (and it happens to look as though they are dancing).

Now that I think about it, my head could serve as a nice pivot point for any trailer or cart that I would need to pull. If I fabricated a helmet that had a ball on the top of it I could do the same thing as this guy did; a neck brace will likely be needed...possibly while towing the cart and definitely after the job is done.

Wouldn't that put a lot of stress on the roof and the body in general. A 5er hitch is normally mounted to the frame down low. It does operate very slick though.
It might at that! Back in about 1965 my dad bought a Car Top Camper that clipped to the rain gutters on his 56 Caddilac 9 passenger limo. Too many teenagers on top led to him gas welding the gutters back on in my uncles yard in Monnahans,Tx.

I bet it does put a lot of strain on the roof. But back in day they knew how to build vehicles. Not any of the plastic stuff they got on the market today.
