We don't really get any snow to speak of, so I have never seen a blower in person. My question is about how they mount. Are they hooked up to the lift to raise and lower them, or are they hard mounted to the front?
I'm trying to figure out the best way to mount a sweepster on my tube frame. I have a woods mount that is too wide to fit on a tube frame. It looks like it hard mounts to the machine and up front is a handle to raise and lower it.
I an wondering if I could use a blower mount and adapt it to the sweepster?
Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks Brian
I see where the lift arm hook up. The sweepster I have is a 48" and I am concerned about having enough power to lift such a big unit.

I have both a reel mower and a de-thatcher that mount to the front of my tube frames. They both use a similar mounting frame, the de-thatcher is actually a Bolens mounting frame with an E-Z rake de-thatcher bolted to it. That would probably be the best style for a front mount sweeper.
