This is my Cub cadet 782D. It was one of the hardest tractors ever to purchase. I met its first and original owner when I responded to a craigslist add for some attachments. Well we got to talking and he had a 782 gas he wanted to sell and behind it was the 782D I begged and begged and made several offers. He did not budge. well months went by and finally we were able to come to a price on both 782's gas and diesel. It has all the paper work including original sales receipt. it was purchased 11-30-1984 from McMichael's of Nokesville Virginia for $5249.45 it was delivered to its first owner 12-6-1984 It came new with 50" mower deck wheel weights tire chains and a 42" blade. I have everything but the deck. I wish I purchased the deck bit what can you do. I am the second owner of the beautiful machine and I love it to death. My only plans are to buff an polish the paint and replace the dash and place the battery in the stock location. Maybe put a turbo kit on it. and some different tires.

I'll put my mf12 in again. It is a very use full tractor. It is used mostly all year round. It is a 1976 model. I have had it for about 5 years now.
When I bought the tractor it came with a mowing deck, tiller with extension and snow thrower. I made the loader for the front and its been on ever since. It's very use full. So then, knowing the loader is always on, I mounted the front mount snow thrower on the back. The thrower will be coming of soon and the tiller will go on for the summer. I don't cut grass with it anymore. It also came with a cab, but I have never installed it.

I will put in my 1985 Golden Stallion
This garden tractor is the creation of Owen Bosma. In 1985 my father and I built this little tractor to plow the driveway with, since its a tight area. This tractor is a full size model of the rare Gibson Model A garden tractor. The Gibson model D was more popular. It uses the stick steering method. If you pull the stick back it will turn right and pushing the stick makes it turn left, It is atcualy a good steering method for the size of the tractor. It orginally had a crank start Briggs model ZZ but has since been upgrade to a K341 Kohler rated at 16 hp. The clutch is a simple belt and chain drive. Belts from the motor to a jack shaft that pivots in line with the center of the tranny input shaft and chain from jack shaft to the tranny. Belts will loosen and chain stays tight as jack shaft pivots.
The transmission is out of a 1939 Dodge truck. We use the parking break on the tranny for the breaks on the tractor, not the best but they work.
The rear end is out of a Toyota that has been narrowed,
It is all held together by a 3 inch C channel frame and 1/4 inch thick steel cross members
Nice set of AG's on the back with 95lb weights on each side.
Last year just put a set of 8 inch 3 rib tires witch really set it off compared to the 8 inch trailer tires
This is a good little tractor with many uses with its homemade front blade and trailer hitch.
The hydraulic system is a simple belt driven power steering pump to raise and lower the front blade.
It has plowed its way thru many snow storms since 1986 and still going strong
Does a wonderful job on grading the driveway after major rain storm, part of the driveway is uphill so need to push it back up and has done a few landscaping and backfilling jobs in tight areas.
It has pulled trailers in parades, everyday stuff around the house and shows and even entered it in a garden tractor pull
